Stabilize Fitness started with my personal journey to stabilize my insulin after noticing insulin resistance. Little did I know 15 years ago, that I would also be stabilizing my cholesterol & hormone levels! For 12 years now I've been studying this approach and learning from established doctors to help women create the same stability. This has become my passion and my joy, to help women stabilize their body and feel their best.

The fitness levels are focused on muscle building, which also stabilizes insulin & glucose. Muscles absorb and utilizes glucose, which is the most efficient form of exercise to stabilize your body.
